The meeting began at 7:35 PM with Prayer, Scripture and Listening Post.
The minutes were accepted by the vestry.
Treasurer’s Report
Lot’s of repairs to rectory and duplex and no income coming in.
Duplex and rectory are for showing rectory well Rectory 1975 Duplex 1300.
Costs are adding up.
Rector asked if there were any questions regarding his report.
Baxter asked if we have to pay anything for the playground. (ed note No)
Gina’s ordination papers were signed by vestry.
Senior Warden thanked people for their reports.
Stuart-Paul a plat of the property is not done because it would cost $20,000 dollars. We do have a single deed for the property and have it staked and recorded with the county.
French asked if we have to have a plat to something Craig said if we develop it ourselves we would have to. We would have to subdivide it to sell it.
Kitchen order it in parts and see if it keeps going Let Diane Six keep ordering things as she sees fit.
Striping the parking the lot we are waiting for the temperature to be consistently 60 degrees.
Cross reattachment parishioner wants to fund.
Boyer made motion and Hager made second to discuss the playground proposal. Discussion was had. The vestry approved.
French made motion and Hager seconded to accept the Finance Terms of Reference.
Kubicek said to add supervision of the counters.
Baxter said we should write down what we cover. One correction add G. to Mitchell.
Accept as charter vestry accepted.
French had a question regarding impact on budget of rental income bullet in Baxter’s Financial Stewardship Committee. Kubicek talked about the history of renting the rectory and duplex. We have continued to get a certificate. We will have to spend money on both properties.
G Mitchell we should look in to American Home Shield for the rectory.
G. Mitchell’s proposal professional listing in the parish -Angela and Eric to assist Guv.
Spiritual Growth analysis would be a monthly questionnaire to see where people are on their journey. Have a different questionnaire each month and meeting twice on the during the year parish wide.
Questions on wells fargo, yellow book .com, police ads
Yellow Book.Com do we want to pay 50 a month to have a listing communication Committee to research the yellow book ad further.
Police ad do we want to spend $200 to do a police ad French proposes we do the 200 dollar ad Hager seconded. The question was called and Boyer, A Mitchell, Baxter abstained vestry approved.
Wells Fargo if referral came from us then we get a check for $300 this is for any mortgage service the vestry discussed whether this was something we want to do.
Vestry decided not to pursue proposal.
Two service proposal. Kubicek 8:30 and 10:30 AM is what he is thinking now.
9:00 and 11:15 are very similar now. The idea now is 9:30-10:15 Sunday School, Hospitality would happen. At the early service music would start at the offertory.
Discussion ensued regarding the proposed service changes to prepare for the two service discussion on Sunday.
The meeting ended at 9:25 PM with Eucharist.
